Capture the observation, not the post
Ideas arrive as observations, not as finished pieces. Trying to write the post at capture time is why most backlogs are empty.
One sentence of what happened, and the tension in it. That is enough to rebuild the piece later.

Recycle on a delay
One properly worked idea produces a long post, a short one, a diagram, and a newsletter section. Spaced out, that is a month.
The constraint is not volume of ideas. It is patience with the ones you already have.
