One Idea, Thirty Posts

Ideas arrive as observations, not as finished pieces. Trying to write the post at capture time is why most backlogs are empty.

One sentence of what happened, and the tension in it. That is enough to rebuild the piece later.

The sharpening pass takes an observation and finds the claim inside it. Without it you publish description, and description does not travel.
